Cheryl Marie Register

Cheryl Marie Register, 70, of Austin, Texas, passed away Thursday, December 21, 2017 at the Seton Medical Center Williamson, Round Rock, Texas.

Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at Ann Street United Methodist Church in Beaufort, NC, officiated by Rev. Taylor Mills. Interment will follow at Oceanview Cemetery in Beaufort, NC.

Beloved daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and wife. Loving, warm, empathetic and instinctively kind to family, friends—many, many, friends—and strangers, alike. Highly intelligent but down to earth. Ever outgoing, young at heart and full of life until her life was no more. We were blessed by her presence and are diminished by her passing.

Cheryl is survived by her husband, Leonard F. Register of Round Rock; daughters, Darcy Madsen of Cedar Park, Texas, Kristin Ruggles of Champaign, Illinois; son, Robert Ruggles Jr. of Champaign, Illinois; sister, Debra Nimon of Champaign, Illinois; grandchildren, Dane Madsen of Cedar Park, Texas, Trevor Ruggles of Champaign, Illinois and Victoria Ruggles of Champaign, Illinois.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Hilda Blum of Champaign, Illinois.
