Chelsey Louise Lewis, infant, of Havelock, passed away Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.
Funeral service will be held Monday, July 10, 2017 at 11 a.m. at the Munden Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Reverend Aaron Avery. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Memorial Park.
Chelsey is survived by her parents, Andrew and Rebecca Lewis of Havelock; brother, Samuel Jarrett Lewis, Bezaleel Shalom Lewis, both of the Home; paternal grandparents, Frederick and Melissa Lewis of Havelock; paternal great-grandfather, Randolph Croom of Jacksonville; paternal great-grandparents, Alfred and Elosie Lewis of Newport; aunt, Heather Lewis of Kaukauna, WI; uncle, Frederick Lewis, Jr and wife Becca of Havelock.
Family will see friends Monday from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday, July 10, 2017 at Munden Funeral Home.
