Charlotte Howard, 73, of Harkers Island, passed away on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at her home.

Charlotte is survived by her daughter Denise M. Heuser of Harkers Island; sons, Ronald L. Heuser of Eden, Keith E. Heuser of FL, Scott C. Heuser of Beaufort.
