Charlotte Raye Graham

Charlotte Raye Graham died suddenly at home on Saturday, November 9. She was born November 27, 1958 in Morehead City, NC and has resided in Raleigh since her graduation from St. Andrews University in Laurinburg NC.  She is survived by her husband, Jim Skinner, her step children Mathew Skinner of Raleigh, Janeen Cacador, Kyla Skinner, Jim Skinner and Deanna Kaske, all of Toronto, Canada; her brother Frank Collinsworth and his wife, Donna, and son, Sean, of Mill Creek, and her brother John Collinsworth and his wife, Norma, and children, Ryan and Alexis of Apex.  She was preceded in death by her parents Eileen and Grady Collinsworth.



Following graduation from university including a semester as an exchange student at St. Andrew’s University in Scotland and postgraduate studies in marketing and journalism at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Charlotte had a distinguished career as a sales and marketing executive and as an international trade specialist with the North Carolina government responsible for IT and Biotechnology initiatives in Europe and the Middle East.



The visitation for Charlotte will be Thursday, November 14, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the Munden Funeral Home, 2112 Arendell Street, Morehead City, NC. The funeral service will be on Friday, November 15, at 2:00 pm at Reece’s Chapel Missionary Baptist Church 171 Old Winberry Road Newport, NC. The family has requested that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
