Charlene Beigh

Charlene Beigh, 76, of Newport, passed away on Saturday, August 24, 2024 at Carteret Health Care.

 Charlene was born on October 8, 1947, in Elmira, New York, to the late Louis Smith and Beatrice Sanford.

 Those remaining to cherish her memory are her two daughters; five grandchildren; sister-in-law, Kimberly Sanford of the home; nieces, Naasha McGan and husband Jesse of the home, Madria Gil and husband Jhon of Costa Rica; nephews, Rob Moshier and wife Nancy, Jack Shafer and wife Danielle; great nieces and nephews, Josie, Elia, Logan, and J-hon; special friends, Jean Pederson, Loraine Petit, Olga Wong, Millie Arceo, and Renee Dawson.

 In addition to her parents, Charlene was preceded in death by her stepfather, Clarence Sanford; brothers, Robert Moshier Sr., Jeffrey Smith, and Jerry Sanford; and sisters, Suzanne Smith and Deborah Smith.
