C. Donald Slipper

C. Donald Slipper, 83, of Morehead City, passed away Thursday, March 5­, 2020, at Carolina East Medical Center in New Bern.

The family will celebrate his life at a later date due to recent health concerns.

He is survived by wife, Kathie Slipper of the home; daughter, Susan Lynn Herbst and fiancé Al McGarvey of Morehead City; son, Don Slipper Jr. and wife Terri of Gainesville, GA; sister, Lynn Johnson and husband Dan of Cleveland, GA; grandchildren, Michelle Slipper, David Herbst, Meredith Herbst and Meagan Herbst; and great-grandson, Gavin Wright.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Mabel Elizabeth Slipper and grandson, Greg Slipper.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Carolina East Medical Center – Intensive Care Unit at 2000 Neuse Blvd., New Bern, NC 28561.
