Carole Frances McCord Stalnaker, 72, of Havelock, NC, died Thursday, March 31, 2011 at her residence.
Services will be held 1:00 pm Thursday, April 7, 2011 at St. Christopher's Episcopal Church in Havelock with The Reverend Patricia Thomas officiating. Inurnment will follow at the St. Christopher Columbarium.
Mrs. Stalnaker is survived by her husband, Brooks Stalnaker of Havelock, NC; daughters, Eva Dale Sponaugle of Beverly, WV, Diana Dyer of Apollo Beach, FL, and Rossanna Eckart of Amelia, VA; sons, John Brooks Stalnaker of NY and Jamie Stalnaker of Holderness, NH; sister, Louise Ann Thergusen of Denver, CO; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
