Bruce Odell Lupton
June 5, 1941 — November 28, 2013
A funeral will be held 2:00 Sunday at Cedar Island United Methodist Church with Rev. Paul Harris officiating. Interment will follow at Cedar Island Community Cemetery.
Mr. Bruce was a member of the Cherry Point Masonic Lodge 688 AF & AM and the American Legion Post 1981 of Havelock.
He is survived by his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Lupton of the home; two sons James Lupton of Atlantic Beach, NC, and Glenn Lupton of Ayden, NC; a brother Glenn Lupton and wife Doris of Mt. Olive, NC;and two grandsons Joseph Lupton of Greenville, NC, and Daniel Lupton of Greenville, NC.
He was preceded in death by his parents Rev. James and Lydia Lupton, and one brother Howard Lupton.
Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 Saturday at Munden Funeral Home.
