Brenda Andrews Durham, 63, of Newport, passed away Saturday, January 14, 2017 at Carteret Health Care.

Brenda was a member of the Victory Baptist Church in Asheboro, NC. She loved the beach, music, and dancing, and was very fond of her pets. Brenda was very loving and had a big heart. She was a great Mom, she loved and adored her grandchildren, and she loved her baby brother.
Brenda is survived by her husband of 16 years, Tommy Durham; her sons, David Cayton and wife Christina Wilson of Hampstead, Stephen Piar and wife Janet of Smithfield, and JJ Moore and wife Susan of Troy, NC; step daughters, Gail Golden and husband Matthew of Newport, and Sheila Ann Durham of Newport; brothers, Dewey "Andy" Hopson Andrews, Jr. of Louisiana, and Allen Andrews and wife Wanda of Atlantic Beach, NC; sister, Debra Rice of Washington state; and her grandchildren, Stephen Cody Piar, Sapphire Rose WIlson, Jade Lilyaunna Wilson, Kenley Grace Moore, Stephanie Marie Piar, Amanda Grace Piar, Savannah Grace Keten, and Zane Alexander Moore.
