Billy Gibby, 68, of Newport, passed away Sunday, November 10, 2013 at Carolina East Medical Center.
No services will be held at this time.
Billy is survived by his wife Donna Gibby of the home; two children Angela Simmons of Newport, and Billy Gibby, Jr., of Newport; three grandchildren Dillon Seamster, Jessie Simmons, and Billy Ray Gibby, III; a sister Hazel Potts and husband Bill of Lexington, NC; and a niece Debbie Whitehead and husband Mark of Lexington, NC.
He was preceded in death by his parents Abraham and Bonnie Gibby, two sisters Sue Meyers, and Belle Ader, and one brother Noah Gibby.
