Beulah Mae Bright Bagrowski, 90, of Morehead City, went to be with the Lord, July 2, 2017, peacefully at her home.
Her funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Friday, July 7, 2017 at Munden Funeral Home Chapel in Morehead City with Rev. Patrick Whaley officiating. Interment will follow at Gethsemane Memorial Park.
Beulah was born and grew up in the farm country of Chocowinity on February 20, 1927 to the parents of Willie and Minnie Bright. Her Father was a farmer and her family endeavored tough times, trying to make do with what God had blessed them with. At the age of sixteen, Beulah worked as a waitress at a small country diner. Needless did she know, God was about to bless her with the soon to be husband of her dreams. They were married on February 19, 1944. Many years down the road, her Husband, Edward Bagrowski, opened up Morehead Machine Shop. Beulah balanced working at the shop and being a stay at home mother to three daughters. She was a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Sister, daughter and friend to everyone she came in contact with, in Carteret County.
She is survived by her daughters, Sherry Cole and Husband Tim of Morehead City, Sharon Brown and fiancé John Lee Guthrie of Morehead City; seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren; and her loving dog Buddy.
She is preceded in death by her parents, William (Willie) Bright and Minnie Bright; Husband, Edward F. Bagrowski; Sister, Edna Nance; Brother, Willie (Earl) Bright; Daughter, Susan Willis; Granddaughter Dawn Michelle.
The family will receive friends 1:00 – 2:00 pm Friday prior to the service at Munden Funeral Home.
