Bertha Louise Larson
February 27, 1940 — September 21, 2017
Bertha L. Larson, age 77, passed into eternal peace on September 21, 2017 surrounded by family and friends.
There will be a graveside service Sunday, September 24, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Gethsemane Memorial Park, officiated by Reverend Dennis Evans.
Bertha spent most of her life as a Coast Guard wife and mother traveling around the country before calling Morehead City, NC home.
She is survived by her daughter, Joyce Leonard and husband, Ernie of New Bern; sons, Rodney Larson Jr. and wife, Tina of Raleigh and Randy Larson of Leland; her five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Bertha is preceded in death by her husband Rodrick W. Larson, Sr.
