Barbara Ann (Heatley) Traxler

Barbara Ann Traxler, 83, of Beaufort, died Thursday, February 12, 2015 at Crystal Bluffs.
A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Sunday, February 15, 2015 at Munden Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Manley B. Rose, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow at Carteret Memorial Gardens.
Barbara is survived by a daughter Barbara Poythress and husband Wallace of Newport; two sons Charles Traxler and wife Leisa of Morehead City, Terry Traxler of Otway; two brothers Jimmy Heatley, and Richard Heatley of California; eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband Herbert Carlisle Traxler, Sr., son Herbert Carlisle Traxler, Jr., granddaughter Angela Renee Howard, and her parents Harry and Thelma Heatley.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
