Barbara Delola (Blanton) Ramsey

Barbara D. Ramsey, 74, of Harkers Island, died Thursday August 9, 2012 at Carteret General Hospital.
A funeral will be held 11:00 am Monday at Munden Funeral Home Chapel with Porter Graves and Kerry Willis officiating. Interment will follow at Carteret Memorial Gardens.
Barbara was a 1956 graduate of UNC. She was a dental hygiensist, and practiced with Dr. June Rose in Kinston for many years. Barbara and her husband were owners of the Eastard Variety store on Harkers Island for many years.
She is survived by her husband Cabell "Cab" Ramsey of Harkers Island: son Randy Ramsey and wife Tiffany of Beaufort: grandson Allan Ramsey of Harkers Island: great grandchild Autumn Ramsey: and numerous nieces and nephews in Cleveland County.
Visitation will be 4:00-6:00 pm on Sunday at Munden Funeral Home.
