Ava Jeffreys Clark, 64, of Newport, died Monday, June 2, 2014 at her home surrounded by family.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 am Thursday at Holly Springs Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. Ray Conner officiating.
Ava was a loving wife, caring friend, and devout christian for many years.
She is survived by her husband Walter H. Clark, Jr. of Newport; and brother Vernon Jeffreys of Haw River.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
