Audrey (Spencer) Buskirk

Audrey Spencer Buskirk, 85, of Morehead City, born of Ocracoke Island, January 10, 1930, passed away Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at Carteret Health Care.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 am Saturday, September 12, 2015 at St. Peters United Methodist Church with Rev. Karl Zorowski officiating. Interment will follow at Gethsemane Memorial Park.
She is survived by her daughter, Lavonne Davis and husband Clyde; three sons, Victor "Buzz" Buskirk and wife Carolyn Harriss, Graham L. Buskirk, Jr. and wife Diana, and James Buskirk and wife Brooks; sister, Mary Elizabeth Gray, and husband Ellis; two sisters-in-law, Lydia Spencer, and Joyce Spencer; also twelve grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Violet Jean Buskirk; parents, Washington Robert and Minerva "Minnie" Spencer; two brothers, Robert "Washie" Spencer and Bill Spencer; and two sisters, Marie Spencer Womac, and Peggy Spencer O'Neal.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
