Arthur Steadman Corkum

Arthur Steadman Corkum, 90, of Morehead City, NC went home to be with the Lord May 6, 2011 at his residence.

Services will be held 11:00 am Tuesday at Cape Carteret Baptist Church with Rev. Kevin Clubb officiating.

Mr. Corkum is survived by his wife, Dorothy J. Corkum of the home; three daughters, Sidni Malone and husband, Kevin of Acworth, GA, Cecily Corkum of Morehead City, NC, and Lezlie Bowden and husband, John of Fredericksburg, VA; grandchildren, Michael Malone and wife, Liz, Brian Malone and wife, Erika, John Bowden, Witni Bowden, and Alexi Bowden; and three great-grandchildren, Max Malone, Sam Malone, and Lily Malone.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice of Carteret County, PO Drawer 1619, Morehead City, NC 28557 or the Building Fund of Cape Carteret Baptist Church, 101 Anita Forte Drive, Cape Carteret, NC 28584.
