Arlettie Willis Gillikin

Arlettie Willis Gillikin, 84, of Otway, NC, died Thursday, August 4, 2011 at her residence.

Private services will be held at a later date.

Mrs. Gillikin is survived by her four daughters, Iva Faye Gillikin of Otway, Rachel Ann Gillikin, also of Otway, Carolene Goodwin of Newport, and Bertha Joy Gillikin of Otway; four sons, Kenneth Gillikin of Otway, Daniel Gillikin of Beaufort, Donald Gillikin and Ronald Gillikin, both of Otway; 13 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; five sisters, Martha Gillikin of Otway, Lola D. Wilson of St. Regis Falls, NY; Glenda Harrison of Mill Creek, Lori Jean Soukup and Necy Bell Grantham, both of Otway; and brother, Larry Willis of Beaufort.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ivey Morris Gillikin, Sr.; sons, Ivey Morris Gillikin, Jr., Jimmy Bryan Gillikin and Paul Barry Gillikin; grandchildren, Robert and Richard Gillikin; sister, Rosaline Wade; and brothers, Ira "Ockey" Willis and Mervin Willis.

The family will receive friends 1:00 to 4:00 pm Saturday at the family home located at 123 Ivey Gillikin Road in Otway.
