Anthony Simmons, 15, of Broad Creek, died Friday, September 16, 2011.
Services will be held 2:00 pm Tuesday at the Broad Creek United Methodist Church with Rev. Ben Ball, Rev. Wesley Holmes and Rev. George Cribb officiating.
Anthony was a sophomore at Croatan High School., and an avid sportsman. He truly enjoyed taking karate and took many awards in competitions. Anthony was a loving Son, Brother and friend.
He is survived by his parents, Ron and Almeda Rouse of the home; sisters, Renee Griffin of Newport, Nikki Nicely of Broad Creek and Mary C. Jenkins of Newport; brothers, Allen Griffin and Brandon Griffin both of Broad Creek and Cameron Bailey of New Jersey; and cousins, Mia Jenkins, Julia Manning and Kyle Manning.
The family will receive friends 5:00 - 8:00 pm Monday at Munden Funeral Home.
