Annie Ruth (Rouse) Smith

Annie Rouse Smith, 62, of Newport, died Thursday, April 10, 2014 at Crystal Coast Hospice House.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 am Saturday at Munden Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Carroll officiating. Interment will follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery.
Annie is survived by a step daughter Carolyn Dixon and husband Phillip of Mill Creek, NC; three sisters Ellen Buck of Newport, NC, Linda Rouse of Anchorage, AK, and Donna Way of Kinston, NC; two brothers Robert Rouse of Newport, NC, and Herman Rouse of Kinston, NC; two granddaughters Bethenia Dixon, and Tammy Dixon; and great grandchildren Carlita, Alisa, Kayana, Mahayla, and Philena.
She is preceded in death by her husband Walter I. Smith, and her parents Otto and Cora Rouse.
Visitation is one hour prior to the service.
