Andrew "Andy" Salak

Andrew "Andy" Salak, 76, of Williston, NC died Wednesday, August 24, 2011 at his residence.

A memorial service will be held 4:00 pm Wednesday, August 31st at the Williston United Methodist Church with Rev. Doug Stewart, Rev. Bud Morton, and the Rev. Dr. Mike Eubanks officiating.

Mr. Salak is survived by his wife, Phyllis Salak of Williston; children, Ty Saunders and wife Sheila of Nashville, TN, Julie West and husband David of Williston, NC, Joey Saunders and wife, Doreen of Cape Carteret; grandchildren, Emily Penny, Carmen Davis and husband, Tommy, Austin Saunders, Darby West, and Kelby West; brothers, Thomas Salak of Guilford, NY and Mike Salak of Scranton, PA.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Williston United Methodist Church Memorial Fund, c/o Fran Nelson, 184 Old Nassau Road, Smyrna, NC 28579.
