Alton L. Davis, 96, of Marshallberg, died Sunday, November 20, 2011 at Taylor Extended Care.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday at Victoria Cemetery in Marshallberg with Rev. Karen Howell officiating.
He is survived by his wife, Naomi Gillikin Davis of Marshallberg; daughter, Lynell Davis Verch and husband Bryan of Marshallberg; two sons, Steven Alton Davis of Marshallberg and Richard Louis Davis and wife Pam of Otway; sister, Golda Davis Hill of Beaufort; 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends 6:00 - 8:00 pm Monday at the funeral home.
Flowers are welcome, or memorials may be made to the MOPH- Wounded Warrior Leave, 1914 Trent Blvd, New Bern, NC 28560.
