Alice Daniels Day, 76, of Cedar Island, died Friday, September 26, 2014 at Pruitt Health Care Center.
A funeral service will be held 11:00 am Monday at Cedar Island United Methodist Church with Rev. Darcy Knight officiating. Interment will follow at Cedar Island Community Cemetery.
Alice is survived by her husband Lester Day of Cedar Island; a daughter Violet Day of Cedar Island; two sons Gregory Day of Wilmington, NC and Karl Day of Wilmington, NC; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents George and Maybell Daniels.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
