Albert "Big Al" Lee Jones

Albert "Big Al" Lee Jones, 60, of Morehead City, died Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at his home.
A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday at Munden Funeral Home Chapel where family and friends will gather to celebrate the life of Al.
Al was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great friend to many people. Anyone who knew him, knew that he lived for his summers at Shackleford Banks, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his wife Sherry Jones of Morehead City; one daughter Dana English and husband Todd of Mooresville; mother Betty Taylor Jones of Morehead City; two grandchildren Bentley Cole English, and Braeden Allan English; one brother Jerry Jones and wife Terri of Morehead City; two sisters Susan Guthrie, and Julia Moore; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father Julius N. Jones, and a brother Nickie Jones.
Family will receive friends following the service.
