Albert Yezarski, Jr., 93, of Morehead City, passed away Thursday, November 1, 2018, at his home.
His funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, November 5, 2018, at Munden Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Jack Mumford. Interment, with full military honors, will follow at Gethsemane Memorial Park.
Albert proudly served our country in the United States Marine Corp and retired as Master Sergeant in the Aviation Ordinance after 22 years of faithful service. Albert was a member of Parkview Baptist Church.
He is survived by his daughters, Sherri Pate Todd of San Diego, CA, Betty Yezarski Haenisch and husband, Mark, of Arkport, NY and Linda Yezarski Harris and husband, Jim, of Mocksville, NC; sons, James E. Yezarski of New Bern, NC, Albert Alan Yezarski and companion, Lucy Diette, of Arkport, NY, John Yezarski of New Bern, NC and Michael Yezarski and wife Wendy Ransier Yezarski of Morehead City, NC; Ronald Pate and wife, Kathy, of Ayden, NC; brother, Edward Yezarski of Long Island, NY and 17 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Alice Faye Yezarski; parents, Albert and Anna Yezarski; brother, Louis S. Yezarski; and Steven Pate.
Family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday, November 4, 2018, at Munden Funeral Home.
