Albert Gaskill, 66, of New Bern, died Sunday, July 31, 2011 at Carolina East Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Thursday at Temple Baptist Church with Rev. Terry Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at Shell Hill Cemetery.
He is survived by his sister, Doris Henderson of Morehead City; and four grandchildren, Patrick Gaskill, Sammy Teague, Jr., Teddy Teague, and Jennifer Teague.
He was preceded in death by daughter, Velvet Teague, sister, Marina Gaskill, and his parents, Garris and Lela Gaskill.
