Aaron Burge

Aaron Burge, 34, of Newport passed away on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at Carteret Health Care.

A celebration of life for Aaron will be held at 6:00 PM, Saturday, April 22, 2017 at Munden Funeral Home.

Aaron was a fun-loving guy with a tremendous capacity for love. When Aaron walked into a room he lit it up. Friends and family would always gravitate to him. His crystal blue eyes and bright smile will leave a lasting impression on all who knew and loved him. He gave his heart and soul to everyone he met. He would give the shirt of his back if he could. He was always surrounded by love. Aaron enjoyed time with friends and going to the beach. Aaron was naturally gifted in sports and loved his Carolina Panthers He was exciting but still laid back in that “Aaron kind of way”. He was happy with all the accomplishments he was making and was way on his way to changing his life. He had many gifts but most of all he had a brilliant mind for Mathematics and planned to finish his degree in Engineering at NC State. He never wanted anyone to fuss over him or worry. He lived a hard but humble life. He would want us all to remember him and laugh at the good times we shared with him. We know that Aaron is smiling down on us from the Heavens hanging with his Grandpa, both wearing one of his interesting signature hats.

Aaron is survived by his mothers; Lourie Lynn Burge-Ducharme and Kathy Burge-Dacharme; girlfriend, Deborah Peart; grandmother, Anita Jean Burge; brother, Jason Ducharme; aunts, Wanda Hazlett, Linda Grabits; uncles, Randy Burge, Steven Burge.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Lester Burge.
